Michael C Goss BA(Hons) FCA - Director
Michael completed college in 1989 with a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting from University of Ulster Jordanstown. He worked over 10 years in a large provincial chartered accountancy practice where he gained invaluable knowledge in a wide range of businesses and then set up his own practice in 1998. Michael then became a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 1997.
As proprietor of the Company, Michael aims to keep it at the forefront of the accountancy profession through continuous development of the firm. This is achieved by investing in reliable professional people. He has a wealth of experience as a general practitioner, advising on all aspects of accounting, taxation and finance with his focus on supporting the development of businesses.
He is well versed in supporting start-up, early years and fast track businesses and much of his work revolves around assisting with the development of management information, profit improvement and business planning for clients together with tackling the financial challenges that face business on a regular basis.
Michael prides himself in having a dedicated, young, enthusiastic and future orientated team. It is the ability and energy of the team at Michael Goss & Co Ltd that have contributed to his rapid growth and success.

Michelle McCoy BA(Hons) FCA - Senior Manager
Michelle graduated from University of Ulster Jordanstown 2006 and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 2009.
Michelle joined Michael Goss & Co Ltd as a student back in 2004. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of general practice and specialises in SAGE consultancy.

Brenda McAllister BA(Hons) MSC FCA - Senior Manager
Brenda obtained her qualifications at the University of Ulster Jordanstown. She became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland in 2006.
Before joining the firm in 2008 she worked in general practice, obtaining a wide range of experience and servicing a diverse client base.
Brenda leads many of our company audits whilst continuing to be responsible for a variety of business services for clients.

Eimer McQuillan - Business Development Manager
Eimer joined the practice in 2008 to promote and market Michael Goss & Co Ltd, including recruitment and business development.
With years experience in banking and insurance, Eimer works on a part time basis looking after the accounts administration as well as all compliance issues within the practice. Eimer also deals with recruitment, marketing and general business development.

Kathryn Speers
Kathryn joined the firm in June 2018 and completed her Accounting Technicians Ireland course in 2020. She is now furthering her education to become a qualified chartered accountant. In the practice Kathryn assists with the preparation of accounts, VAT returns, book keeping and company secretarial work.
